Some Fortinet Exams Will Be Retired in Coming Months
Fortinet has announced the upcoming retirement of 14 certification exams across its FCP and FCSS certification tracks. These exams, covering FortiGate, FortiSASE, FortiManager, FortiClient EMS, and more, will be phased out between August and November 2025. If you’re currently preparing for any of these credentials, now is the time to finalize your study plan and book your exam before the retirement deadline.
Exams Scheduled for Retirement
Retire on August 31, 2025
- FCSS_SASE_AD-24 – FortiSASE 24 Administrator, replaced by FCSS_SASE_AD-25 FortiSASE 25 Administrator
- NSE7_LED-7.0 – NSE 7 LAN Edge 7.0, replaced by FCSS_LED-AR-7.6 LAN Edge 7.6 Architect
Retire on September 30, 2025
- FCP_WCS_AD-7.4 AWS Cloud Security 7.4 Administrator
- FCP_ZCS_AD-7.4 Azure Cloud Security 7.4 Administrator
- FCP_FGT_AD-7.4 FortiGate 7.4 Administrator, replaced by FCP_FGT_AD-7.6 FCP – FortiGate 7.6 Administrator
- FCP_GCS_AD-7.6 Google Cloud Security 7.6 Administrator
